An association functions thanks to its members: both working and non-working. The working members are those who take part in the everyday functions of the association, creative and artistic. The non-working members are those who help, with their financial and moral support, with the association’s development and function.
Any person, whether they work for the goals of the association or are merely interested in them, can become a member. Every member is required to pay an annual membership fee of twenty euros (20€). All parties interested in working with the Association are required to pay the membership fee in order to ensure active participation between the two parties.
With the creation of Association Procreaction, the different categories of members were defined as the following:
The Administration : Elected for a period of five years by association members present at the annual meeting. The Administration is made up of the President, Secretary and the Treasurer.
The Team :
Made up of the members of the Administration, the team is the primary active part of the Association. Inspired by independence and freedom of expression, the Team focuses on creating a working mentality based on visual, audiovisual and multimedia creativity.
Donators (donations equal to or above 20€) :
Through their membership, moral and financial support, donators encourage the work of the association. The association is committed to keeping these members up to date on all of its current projects and productions.
Very Important Members (V.I.M, V.I.P) :
These members are those whose help and support to the association are deemed by the Administration as significant and extraordinary. There is no membership fee for this category of members; these are individuals who help the association as the need arises.
Throughout the years of Association Procreaction, the working team and its members change: many are here from the beginning, giving their time and energy to the production of the main projects of the association. Equally important are the new members that continue to add themselves to our team, and it is thanks to these people that the Association continues to benefit from a renewal of ideas and motivation.
